da dobrowin: In an exclusive interview with Football FanCast, former Manchester City centre-back Steve Howey believes Sergio Aguero won’t follow in Carlos Tevez’s footsteps and switch teams in Manchester.

da spicy bet: It was announced last month that Aguero would be leaving Man City when his contract expires at the end of the season, and he will leave as the club’s all-time top scorer.

Aguero has been linked with a move to Barcelona this summer but it was Paul Ince who claimed he could see the Argentine making the move to Old Trafford once he left their rivals.

Speaking on if that could be an option for Aguero this summer and if he has the same morals and loyalty to the fans as Tevez did, Howey told FFC:

“He could do, but do I think he’ll go there? Probably not. I’m not too sure what the circumstances were when Tevez left Man United to join City.

“I don’t think Aguero has got that same relationship with the fans that Tevez did, I think he has a much better relationship. So I can’t see him doing the dirty on the fans.”

City have been linked with both Harry Kane and Erling Haaland to replace the Argentine.
